Community Events
Fish Fry
In June we host our community fish fry at the Lometa Regional Park (weather permitting). We prepare fresh fried catfish, french fries, & hush puppies, while community members bring sides, desserts, and all the fixings.
Ice Cream Social
What’s better to beat the Texas summer heat, Ice Cream! Held in July, members of our community and our Lions, come together to enjoy homemade ice cream and all of the toppings!
Pancake Super
​
During the fall, we host the Oran Potts Memorial Pancake Supper on the night of Lometa’s homecoming football game. We serve freshly flipped pancakes, sausage, bacon, butter and of course syrup.
